On 17 November 2022 the Deaf Lottery were notified of a ticketing error in our system.
Unfortunately, you are receiving this message as you have been allocated a ticket number that should not have been available.
To resolve this issue, we have reissued your lottery tickets with a new, eligible number. These will be delivered shortly in a following email. You will still be able to participate in the Deaf Lottery and all the associated draws and prizes in which you were previously included.
No action is required on your part. Should you have any concerns, you are welcome to contact our team for clarification, or if you wish you may cancel your entry into Deaf Lottery 203, upon which you will receive a full refund on your ticket purchase.
