Deaf Lottery VIP Laura*, a single parent from Newcastle, NSW, is another VIP winner! She was the deserving winner of our VIP Major Prize Draw 2nd Prize, taking out a massive $10,000 to spend however she wants!
“I couldn’t really believe it,” she tells us. “This is the only Lottery I support. I started buying tickets in 2013 because I wanted to support a charity that didn’t necessarily get as much publicity as others.”
Laura is a self-confessed “empty nester” with a son at university, who plans to use her winnings to “keep paying off the mortgage” as well as pay forward her prize by helping a couple of friends who are less well off.
