Deaf Lottery System Updates and VIP Direct Debit

As we continue to improve and roll out updates to our systems at The Deaf Lottery, we have made some changes to how we direct debit our valued VIP supporters. 

 

We are excited to let you know that we have adjusted the direct debit date to ensure that our valued VIP supporters receive their tickets in the very first week of each lottery, the Friday after we open.

 

Not only does this mean you will receive your tickets quickly, but it also means that the ongoing support afforded by our VIPs can be provided to the Deaf and hard of hearing community sooner, where it is needed most.

 

While 2020 has been a year like no other, the support of our VIP’s has allowed Deaf Services and the Deaf Society to build, adapt and expand our range of programs supporting thousands of Deaf, hard of hearing and deafblind Australians. This ongoing support also sets us up to continue this great work well into the future.
