Our Lottery 177 Winner

After a few unanswered calls and a bad phone line, we finally made contact with our Lottery 177 1st Prize winner this afternoon to let them know the good news.

Our major prize winner, Adam* won our $700,000 1st Prize, plus an additional $15,000 Book Buyer Prize.

Currently working overseas, our winner returned from dinner to see a missed call from Deaf Services and was shocked to find out why we were ringing.

“Oh my goodness, that’s nuts,” he said. “I’m shaking.”

Even though he’s been a loyal VIP Club supporter for two years, Adam told us he never expected to receive the winning phone call.

“I need a drink,” he laughed. “I still can’t believe this.”

With his voice noticeably shaking, Adam told our busy contact centre who were listening in that he was going to take some time to digest the news and discuss with his family which prize package he will chose. No matter which option he picks it will certainly go a long way to set up his future.

“This is going to change my life,” he told us.

Despite being speechless for much of the phone call, Adam could not thank us enough for the unexpected and life changing news.
